Refund Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Conditions for Refund
Refunds will be granted under two conditions:
- The purchased products are damaged or defective.
- The purchased products were never shipped / the shipment was lost.
To receive a refund, you must provide proof (mostly photographic) that the case falls under one of the above categories.
Refund requests due to shipping delays will not be accepted.
Returns and refunds are not accepted after 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
How to Return an Item?
If the received item does not fall under the previous categories but you still wish to proceed with a refund, you need to initiate a return process.
To start the return process, simply fill out our contact form or send us an email at info@mrspark.ae with your order number. We will provide you with the address to send your package. Once we receive and verify the product, we will refund the amount paid! (Refund processing may take up to 5 days depending on the credit institution).
The returned product must be intact and sealed.
Return Shipping
The shipping of the item to be returned and the related costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Modify or Cancel My Order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to modify or cancel your order at info@mrspark.ae. Remember to include your order number and the modification and/or cancellation you wish to make, and you will receive confirmation of the operation. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
In the case of an order canceled before shipment, the costs incurred by us up to that point will be deducted from the refund amount. These costs may include payment fees, packaging expenses, and handling costs.
What if the Items I Receive Are Defective/Wrong/Damaged?
If you have received defective, incorrect, and/or damaged goods, contact us within 14 days of receiving the order. Remember to include your order number, photographs of the items, and all references related to the receipt of the package, and in accordance with our money-back guarantee, we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible!
